Company Director


Krystel Maier

Director & Senior Occupational Therapist
Krystel graduated with honors from the University of Newcastle. She specialises in mental health, well-being, and takes a genuine holistic approach with her participants. Krystel works as a forensic Occupational Therapist and has access to Wacol, Brisbane Correctional Centre, and Borallon Correctional Centre. Outside of work, you will find her relaxing with her son and her two dogs, Henry and Bentley, or jumping out of a plane with a parachute.

Kristi graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy). Outside of work, Kristi enjoys being outdoors (going to the beach and camping), spending time with her husband and dogs and listening to live music.

Matt graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Outside of work, Matt likes spending time with his wife and two children, playing basketball, and hanging out with friends.


Jamey Marks

Jamey graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2021 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has also completed an honours project researching sexual expression for people with a physical disability. Outside of work, Jamey enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.


Jaime Fogarty

Jaime graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Honours at James Cook University in Townsville. Outside of work you’ll find Jaime at the gym, at the beach, out for dinner or reading a good romcom. She loves live music and spending time with her family and friends.

Ella graduated in 2023 from the Australian Catholic University (ACU) with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with honors. Outside of work, Ella enjoys going to the beach and Pilates, drinking coffee, and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Henry, and I am the office pooch, I have a background in providing lots of pats, hugs and sometimes I might bark at you, but that’s just me having a chat with you. I love being around people and chasing the ball, or just having a cuddle and snuggling under the desk for a snooze.

Emily Poh

- Occupational Therapy Assistant

Emily is currently the only OTA in the office not studying Occupational Therapy. She is a third year Speech Pathology student at ACU. When Emily is not working or studying, she is usually chilling at home with her dog, watching movies, or visiting her parents on the Sunshine Coast. When she finishes university, she hopes to work in a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and continue working with OT’s.

Shellbee Welsh

- Occupational Therapy Assistant

Shellbee is currently studying at the University of Queensland in her second year of Occupational Therapy. Shellbee has an interest in paediatrics, adult mental health and working with ex-veterans. One day she hopes to start her own allied health clinic. Outside of work, Shellbee enjoys spending time with her friends at college and her family.

Emily Dear

- Occupational Therapy Assistant

Emily is currently in her third year of studying Occupational Therapy at Southern Cross University. Working at All About You as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, Emily enjoys spending her time outside of work at the beach or with her friends and family.

Evan Whitty

- Occupational Therapy Assistant

Evan is studying Occupational Therapy at The University of Queensland and is a first year OTA. Outside of work, Evan’s favourite past-times include running, cycling, and surfing. He loves the outdoors and a tea with his mates around the campfire.

Nikki Helion

- Occupational Therapy Assistant

Nikki is a third-year occupational therapy student at the University of the Sunshine Coast, and in 2023 joined AAYOT. Working with the team and collaborating with occupational therapists has been a rewarding experience, allowing her to gain valuable skills in her field. Outside of work she loves the beach, Pilates, listening to music, reading and spending time with her friends and family.

Silvara White

- Occupational Therapy Assistant

Silvara is currently studying occupational therapy at ACU in her second year. She is a first year OTA and has been loving it ever since starting. When she’s not at work she enjoys going to Pilates classes and being with her friends.
