Our team is made up of experts in various areas, including adult and adolescent mental health, assistive technology, home modifications, physical disabilities, paediatrics, workplace rehabilitation and NDIS report writing. From experienced leaders to passionate new graduates, everyone contributes their experience to ensure the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our participants.

Kristi graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy). Outside of work, Kristi enjoys being outdoors (going to the beach and camping), spending time with her husband and dogs and listening to live music.

Emily graduated Southern Cross University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Emily is based on the Gold Coast. Outside of work, you’ll find Emily at the beach, going for walks, going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
The Admin Team

Courtney Cairney
Courtney is our Office administrator, who has recently joined the team in early 2024. Courtney has a background in Early Childhood Education but has enjoyed the change to learning about Occupational Therapy and the NDIS. Outside of work Courtney enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going camping and spending time with her dog.

Henry
My name is Henry, and I am the office pooch, I have a background in providing lots of pats, hugs and sometimes I might bark at you, but that’s just me having a chat with you. I love being around people and chasing the ball, or just having a cuddle and snuggling under the desk for a snooze.
Occupational Therapy Assistants

Shellbee Welsh
Shellbee is currently studying Occupational Therapy at Southern Cross University. She has worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for over two years. Outside of work and study, Shellbee enjoys going to the beach, running, Pilates, and spending time with her friends and family.

Evan Whitty
Evan is studying Occupational Therapy at The University of Queensland and is a first year OTA. Outside of work, Evan’s favourite past-times include running, cycling, and surfing. He loves the outdoors and a tea with his mates around the campfire.

Silvara White
Silvara is currently studying Occupational Therapy at the Australian Catholic University in her fourth year of study. Silvara has an interest in Paediatrics and working with mental health participants. She is enjoying learning new areas and developing her clinical justification as she progresses through university and at work. Outside of work, Silvara enjoys spending time with her friends, travelling, lying in the sun, and listening to music.

Gabby Edge
Gabby is studying Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University and is a first year OTA. Outside of work, she loves travelling, listening to live music, pilates, and spending time with her friends and family.

Antonia Sukkar
Antonia is a third-year psychology student studying at the University of Queensland. Antonia has interests in adult and child mental health and plans to go onto studying master’s to work as a Counseller. Outside of work Antonia enjoys going to the beach, pilates and spending time with her family and friends.

Milly Thomas
Milly is currently studying at the University of Queensland completing her second year of Occupational Therapy. Milly has an interest in paediatrics, and rehabilitation, particularly in the area of intellectual disabilities. Outside of work Milly loves playing sport with her friends, particularly netball and water polo, loves to travel, and loves listening to country music.

Poppy Cahill
Poppy is in her second year studying Occupational Therapy at the University of Queensland. She has an interest in exploring all side of Occupational Therapy. When outside of work, Poppy enjoys reading, playing hockey, running and going camping. She loves spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors, particularly at the beach.
